You have such a classic and beautiful ring, my all time favorite combo is a classic solitaire with a diamond band. That gets my vote!

zamorski:  It’s subjective.  I consider anything under 1 ct small. That is my opinion.

leekissesme:  Thank you 🙂

I had to Google it as I’m from the UK, but I’m approximately a 5.5 US ring size. I’m a K 1/2 UK size.

A delicate diamond bezel eternity would look beautiful.

My ring is a bit smaller than yours (0.29ct) but I knew I didn’t want a plain band. I picked my ring recently, I fell in love with it. It’s a sapphire and diamond eternity ring. I was sure I wanted sapphires. This one doesn’t fit as it’s just the one I tried on before buying.

First, your ring is beautiful!  Secondly, I don’t have a solitaire, but I chose a half-eternity diamond band for my wedding ring. When i wear my wedding band by itself, it’s nice to have some sparkle! 🙂

I think a delicate eternity or band with diamonds on the top. The only thing is that those rings twist so eternity will be nicer.

0.51 carat diamond on size 5.5 ring.

Try on lots of wedding bands. Luckily, jewellery beauty is as much (if not more) about proportions as size.  So find out what suits your hand.
