Hi everyone! I was just curious if any of you bees have wedding bands that don’t match your ering? My Fiance and I are looking and my ering is rose gold however I’m looking at the platinum Tiffany Jazz band to go with it? I just absolutely fell in love with the idea of an eternity band as a wedding band! So if anyone has any thoughts or pictures or both that would be awesome! ๐

Some people are against it; most don’t care either way… I have a custom white and yellow gold mixed e ring that DH designed… Honestly unless you look really close it’s hard to tell the difference. I have a plat eterity band to go with the set and it looks stunning.
Plus, it’s all about what you think about it.

I have mismatched rings so I wear them on separate hands. My wedding band is on my right hand (which is actually similar to the Jazz band) and my upgrade ring is on my left hand and featured as a stand alone wedding ring.

My wedding band doesn’t match my e-ring. The metal and the design are different. It’s exactly what I wanted ๐

Here is my mismatching set. I liked that they have a similar milgrain detail. Sorry for the bad nails!

MrsL2015: I plan on getting a mismatched band. Well, mismatched size anyway, I wanted a thicker wedding band for some reason lol.
But I have *heard* (not confirmed) that mixing metals may cause scratching. Gold is much softer than platinum and may get scratched by your band.

my ering is a platinum solitaire, and I want the rose gold T&C Novo! So I say if it calls to you go for it!

I fell in love with a vintage style wedding band so I’m getting this made for me. It is 9 mm so it definitely won’t be fitting too hot with my e-ring on my finger but I don’t mind. They’re both yellow gold but probably will not be worn together just because of sizing. I figured maybe there will be an occasion down the line for an eternity ring? Hahaha. Either way, I say do what makes you happy!
