Hello bees! I am obsessive about my rings and maybe too critical but anywho….. I kind of feel like my wedding band should be bigger or I should at least get another one to flank the other side of my e-ring. When my hubby and I picked the band I was going for the 1/2 carat but it seemed to outbling the e-ring.
Even the sales associate said I should go with the 14 c band. Sigh…. I have the 1/4 but can’t seem to get the bigger bling ring out of my mind. Any suggestions?

@Biscuitluv: I really think it looks good and suits very well. Don’t stress! It’s beautiful!

@Biscuitluv: I think it’s really pretty! I like how it enhances your ERing (which is GORGEOUS, by the way!). If you feel like you need more bling or maybe want things to look a bit more balanced, I think it would look nice with a matching band on the other side of your ERing.
Something similar happened to me when I was looking for a band to go with my ring. My setting is wider, and, at first, I thought I needed a wider band to go with it. (Plus, I have “big” fingers, which also made me think a larger band was better.) When I started trying bands on with my ring, though, I ended up with something much smaller and more “dainty” than I had ever expected I would like. But I love it with my ring. I think they bring out the best in each other.

Thank you. I may get one for the other side. Maybe closer to our anniversary Nov 2014. Lol. Very newlyweds

@Biscuitluv: i think that it looks great the way it is becaus your band is already really thick.

@Biscuitluv: A bigger band would compete with your engagement ring.

Thanks 🙂 I was thinking about the width of my e-ring too. Your ring is gorgeous!

Those look great together!

I think it looks like a good match. It looks great with that thickness.

@Biscuitluv: I think it looks good! Do you have a picture of the 1/2 carat?

@Biscuitluv: I think it looks lovely. The band on your engagement ring is wide enough that if you tried to match it with a wider wedding band, it would overwhelm your finger to the knuckle. The smaller band is lovely but lets your dramatic engagement ring shine.

@Biscuitluv: I quite like the way they look paired together 🙂 That is also a really unique and cool e-ring!
