So I have chosen this Engagement Ring from ring from Jared…its 14kwhite gold, halo with 7 smaller stones in the center…like a flower/cluster. I tried it on yesterday and its beautiful! My problem is I cant figure out what type of wedding band would go with it, I tried on a few diff bands with a channel setting but part of the band is covered by the “halo” of the Engagement Ring 🙂
Any ideas or would it be wierd to just wear this without an actual band since it kind of looks like it already has 2 bands?

You can get a jeweler to make/modify a channel setting ring so it dips in the middle that way the halo fits into it.

Most people with that sort of ring *want* the band to sit flush by slipping under the head of the ring (that’s why cathedral settings are a thing). But if you don’t want your band concealed by the halo you’ll need to visit a jeweler (not a Jared, a custom jeweler) where they will custom-fit a band to perfectly fit around the curve of your engagement ring. It will be beautiful. 🙂

i like a pave band or a regular prong set traditional style band to go with it, I personally LOVE the gap inbetween the halo and the band. My opinion! 🙂

Thank you all for your replies! After looking at many pics online, I think I’m going to go with a band thats sits flush with the e-ring, especially since the halo is raised.
