Is your wedding band a ring size smaller than your engagement ring? That might be the problem. I don’t think that it looks bad at all, but if it bothers you, then why not get the band resized?

They seem to be the same width to me, but I can see that the wedding band sits lower than your engagement ring.  I think it looks fine together, besides- you don’t want your wedding band to hide or distract from any of the gorgeous detail of your E-ring!!

I think it looks great together.  There is going to be a space no matter what they do because of the prongs of your engagement ring.  Have you tried wearing it with the wrap between the solitaire and band (like flipping it around)?  I had that combination (on a smaller scale LOL) and it worked to make my rings sit more flush.  Unfortunately, I no longer have the wrap like yours so I don’t have any pictures, but it’s a start.  I wouldn’t size the band up because if you solder it, it will stick up farther and look even more gapped if that makes sense?  But, I’ll reiterate, I think they look great together!

Yes, it does look noticeably smaller.

But, so what?!

Is t something that bothers you enough to change it?

I don’t think anyone else would ever notice, but I know it would bother me. I do think they would be able to size it up and solder them together at the same height. Your set is very similar to mine and I had to get my ering sized up a quarter size from my wedding band and am considering soldering them together for the same reason.

The sides of your e-ring come up a bit to meet your center stone (like a slight cathedral setting) and I think that’s what is throwing you off.  I think it looks fine together.  A jeweler can solder/sauter the rings together and raise the wedding band slightly but then you will have a slight gap under the wedding band which I think would drive you more crazy than the way the rings are now.

I like the way they look.  I wouldn’t change it.

And congrats on your recent marriage!
