I would include a monthly calendar to keep track of upcoming appointmens and payments, a folder for contracts, and a folder for receipts. I personally am using a planner and a separate folder now thawhere’re starting to plan

I have one that just has several tabs. 

I will tell you the most important to me so far have been “Contracts” where I keep all the contracts I have signed and “Schedule” where I have put when stuff is due to be paid.  Phone numbers and e-mails are also another tab that is handy.
