I will have a large bouquet. 🙂 I do not know the exact size.

chillbee29 :  It all boils down to personal preference.  Like the rest of my flowers/centerpieces, I wanted big and with lots of texture. smile

i would estimate mine was about 14″. The trend the past couple years has been toward massive boquets it seems, and i didn’t really want that.

loved my bouquet although it did come out still larger than i had envisioned. the florist tried to keep the size down, but it was difficult when trying to keep the balance of the colors.

overall i was very pleased!

I don’t have a bouquet yet but I want a small to medium one so it’s not too heavy and doesn’t block out the dress too much. Someone told me bouquets can be really heavy and carrying it around can get tiring. So I’m focused on keeping it smaller. Photos for reference:

Mine is 16″ across 🙂 It cost $110 on Etsy! It’s silk flowers because I am allergic to everything in existence *eyeroll*

chillbee29 :  I don’t know anyone else who did it. I wanted something light and that I could enjoy all night.

I made my own bouquet with fake florals from Hobby Lobby. With all of the flowers and supplies it was about $35.

I’m estimating my bouquet at about 2 feet but I’m not sure. It’s really big lol.

I had a smaller semi structured tear drop bouquet at about $150 but I gave my florist the colour sample of bridesmaid dresses and some inspiration photos and she got flowers in season to give me the best look on my budget. Will admit I canceled all Lily or native flowers due to allergies.

Mine was 16”, no beautiful layers of different flowers, just all roses. My bridesmaids went to the grocery store the day before the wedding and bought 4-5 12 stem rose bouquets and tied them together in a ribbon from a YouTube tutorial. It was 60$US and my husband thought I had spent several hundred on them. Since we were leaving for a honeymoon within a few days of our wedding and I didn’t really even get to see the flowers beyond pictures, it was 10000 percent the right choice for us. I used the rest of the money I would have spent on a bouquet on a massage on our honeymoon in a private bungalow over the water. I really love professional bouquets, and tear drop arrangements. For me, it just wasn’t in the cards, but I did have quite a huge, heavy bouquet.

chillbee29 :  the shop I ordered from is thepaisleymoon on Etsy, you should check it out! There’s definitely other Etsy shops with Sola flowers too if you’re looking for cheaper and/or faster turnaround, but she was great to work with 🙂 I also got corsages and boutonnieres for the parents/groom. I spent $200 total, including shipping. I know florists or other places will give discounts if you’re ordering all your flowers in one place, but I  didn’t do any other flowers since the ceremony was in a Rose garden and the reception venue wasn’t very big/had some flowers already.
