We’re about to finalize with a local farm florist and my bouquet will be 10-11 inch and cost $160, with local seasonal flowers in our color palette, with silk ribbons. Keep looking in your area and you’ll find something more reasonable.

I went with a large bouquet of fresh roses.  I don’t know the size, but it was somewhere between 4 and 5 dozen roses (they warned me it would be heavy to carry around all day – they were right!).  It cost about $225

I have no idea of the size in inches but it was quite large which I liked!

When I met with my florist we went over all the flowers I liked, but never discussed size…  in hindsight I would have liked it to be larger. But it was still lovely.

These were from my first wedding. I made them with real touch flowers. Roses, peony, hydrangea,  some orchids. I loved them. We had matching pew markers. We did the wrist ball for my daughter so it was easier for her to deal with .

My bouquet was 13 inch diameter I felt was a good size for my dress style and since I had to fly with them all.

They were Not cheap. Cost as much as fresh flowers but I was not going to get what I wanted in Mexico. Plus I wanted to vase/save my bouquet in a China cabinet.

The real touch flowers are indistinguishable from real flowers. I especially liked the full bloom/mature open roses.

I’ll make my own bouquet again. Different flowers, more subdued… not in the tropics this time.

chillbee29 :  if he is very traditional you could do roses in a cascade. Can’t get more  traditional than that. It’s funny sometimes the guys are more traditional. My first husb insisted I wear white lace.  Lol

I wanted a huge bouquet and that is what I got! Haha. Like other people have mentioned I’m not exactly sure how large it is. Maybe 20 inches? Or larger? I paid $460 for all four bouquets (3 bridesmaids) and I think my bouquet specifically was $250.

Sorry the photo is so big – no clue how to resize on here.

This is the bouqet I ordered from something borrowed blooms. I went silk because I didn’t want to have to deal with fresh flowers. Wilting during the day, having to keep them cool/wet/dark, florists around here are crazy expensive and I don’t like the wildflower look.
