Okay Bees—I need your help. Do I HAVE to wear a bra that comes with a bustier corset??? Or, can I wear an average ivory/white strapless?? Does it make a difference in the way I will look??

A longline bra will stay in place much better and will help you avoid any need to pull the bra up and adjust it.

I had cups sewn in the bustier corset dress. No bra needed and it was way more comfortable than with one when I tried them on togeter.

@cynthern: You can wear whatever you want. The seamstress that did my alterations put one extra cup in the right side of my dress to make it fit properly. I’m between an A and B in the right breast and a C in the left. She originally suggested a boustier but when we put the dress on at my final fitting I didn’t need the boustier. So, I’m just going with no bra. The dress has a built-in corset and the padding for support.
