I’m getting married at the Westin South Coast Plaza. My ceremony will be outdoors at their gazebo and my reception is in their plaza ballroom. I was able to negotiate a FREE CEREMONY – let me know if you have any questions!

Cheapest:

Oak Canyon Nature Center (extra brownie points if you are a resident of Anaheim): http://www.anaheim.net/title/Community+Services/Oak+Canyon+Nature+Center/

Pricey but pretty:

Rancho Los Lomas: http://www.rancholaslomas.com/weddings.html

Casa Romantica: http://casaromantica.org/rentals1.html

There are some venues that will have an outdoor ceremony with an indoor reception. Not sure if that works for you.

Strawberry Farms: http://www.strawberryfarmsgolf.com/events/weddings/

Ocean Institute: http://www.ocean-institute.org/about/facility.html

Oh, and if you can find someone who lives in Irvine’s Woodbridge area, there’s the North Lake gazebo. I think it is free or very inexpensive (a few hundred, max) to get married there but the person booking has to be part of the association. I knew someone who got married there ages ago and she was definitely on a very very very tight budget.

Rancho Santa Ana Botanic Garden in Claremont.  That’s where I got married and it was gorgeous.  Outdoor ceremony and reception, no indoor space.

Queen Mary actually has pretry affordable rates and you can get married on the outside of the boat.  The package is all inclusive but I didn’t book with them because their wedding coordinators are completely rude and took over a week to get back to me.

I went with Fransceans Garden in San Juan Capistrano.  I’m having an outdoor ceremony and reception.  http://www.franciscangardens.com/

Depending on when you get married (month and day of the week) it’s very affordable.  They will completely work with you on payment plans and everything.

Friends of mine are getting married at, lakeside country club in Burbank, and from what I know about their budget, it should be very affordable.

Also check out Grace Simmons Lodge, Will Rogers State Park, and Malibou Lake Club
