Hi… We just picked the venue and date this past Saturday. 6.15.13. I’m a lil overwhelmed with planning and worried I’m going to miss a bunch of things. Does anyone have a full wedding checklist they are working off of that they wouldn’t mind sharing?
So far I have venue, photographer, dj, square dance caller (yup!), dress, boots, flowers, going to see caterer tomorrow, just ordered STD (feel like that was a waste).

@NYCowgirl: Hi there. All I did was google search wedding list and I’ve been using whatever it was that I found. I was watching and hoping there might be one that was tried and true by a married bee.

I felt that way too and found a great checklist by Real Simple. I don’t have a link but I bet you can google it. It was a month-to-month to-do list.

@NYCowgirl: You might want to consider starting a knot account, I know you are getting married in a few months but it might keep you sane so you don’t forget anything. They have a pretty thorough checklist and great articles about wedding planning! Good luck! 🙂

I used the wedding check list on The Knot. You can enter in your wedding date and budget, then they’ll create an interactive check list and budget for you.

I Google searched and then customised it for my own wedding. Some of the wedding magazines also include to-do lists which you can use as a basis. Asking recently married friends or family should also help you think of little things you may have overlooked!

Ditto on The Knot – I really like using theirs, and you can add and delete things you need or don’t want. Very useful.
