So I am getting pretty far along in my planning and just feel like I am forgetting some stuff! I need to make sure Im getting everything done! ANything I a missing, please let me know!
Venue (includes tables/chairs) — booked & paid
Caterer (includes china, linens) — booked & paid
Florist — booked & paid
Cake — booked & paid
DJ — booked & paid
Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses — picked & paid
Wedding dresses — Made & paid
Photographer — booked & deposit down
Videographer — booked & paid
Limo service for guests — booked & paid
Hotel accomodations — blocked & confirmed
Invitations — purchased & paid
Guest list — finalized
Petal Aisle Runner — in production & paid
So thats what I have done. From what I can think of I still need to:
Get MUA & Hair booked
Make assigned seating chart
Get table numbers & seating chart for guests
Accesorize my dress/wedding day look
Choose groomsman wear
Do Engagement photos
What am I forgetting bees? I know I am forgetting some!

OOops also Forgot alcohol. DUH! Still have to order alcohol because we can bring our own through the caterers liquor license!

@butterflywings: For centerpieces we are doing fresh peonies in a clear vase — My tables will be pretty simple — light pink/blush table cloths, clear china, peony centerpiece & gold table numbers. Also doing the gold chavari chairs with cream cushion. Shoud look something like this minus the candles & with peonies:

I don’t have anything to add, but I’m commenting to follow because I’m in the same boat! It’s those little-yet-important details that I’m working on nailing down now too. I had a mini freak out when the countdown went from 200 to 199 days, haha.

long– it’s ivory silk petals from etsy– should look like this picture but in ivory:

What about an officiant? That’s one of the things on my to-do list too… Though you are way ahead of me! Haha
