Help! My fiancé insists on wearing camel colored shoes with grey suits. I am just not sure of that color combination. Would it be odd to have camel or tan & a darker grey as our wedding colors? More specifically, would it look bad to have tan bridesmaid dresses and grey suits for the men? I’m planning on having white & green as accent colors.

Camel shoes look great with grey suits. But it’s not necessary to make it a wedding color. Go with whatever colors you planned on regardless of shoe color.

MEO is correct gray goes with a number shades and variations of brown shoes. I do this all the time at work. However if you are going for a more formal feel black is more appropriate.

I think they will go fine, but I agree that it is a less formal look. I would not make camel a wedding colour though, that’s not necessary.
