First thing is relax a bit. I know how easy it is to freak out over this believe me I’ve gone bridezilla on my SO more than once over the little things.

Next establish what kind of feel you are going for. A light and airy feel would match the pastel pallete ideas you have and that gown. The black formalwear for the men is going to draw a lot of eyes to their garments as well as bring a sharper element into the wedding. You may want to consider balancing it out on your side with a pop of colour and or a more crisp colour like the suggested greys. A pop of colour could even be just a single centered flower in the bridesmaids bouquets or something on their headband (or whatever they may wear on their heads). The powder blue idea is quite nice but a richer shade of blue could also bring things together. If you aren’t already surfing through this site http://www.colourlovers.com/palettes then you should be. It’s a life saver and you can tinker with colours that you like and match them up with other colours to see how they look next to each other.

I unfortunately can’t view the venue pic so it’s hard to really bring things together in my mind.

Good luck to you.
