October 23, 2010 is our date, and as of this minute (can’t make up my mind), I’m thinking chocolate, ivory, all shades of yellow and olive green.

Our colors are deep red and chocolate brown too!  I’m also thinking of an accent of aqua Smile since we’re in NJ and it’s still pretty summery and warm here in September these days!

  • Wedding: April 2010

We’re getting married on April 24, 2010 and I still can’t make up my mind about the wedding colors. I’ve been thinking that raspberry red with lime green accents would be nice and look good for a spring wedding, but I’m slightly worried it might be a bit too eye-popping, as I’m normally not a huge fan of bright colors. Plus my mom wasn’t too keen on the green, and she suggested peach instead, but I’m not feeling it. I could imagine pairing navy or ink blue with the raspberry, but I’m worried it might take away some of the spring feeling. In any case, I’m pretty sure that the raspberry stays, whatever the accent color.

We’re going for a nautical theme for our wedding, so our major colors are navy, white, and brown with hints of red and green.

Our wedding is November 13, 2010…in the Keys.  So to embrace both the season and the location, our colors are chocolate brown, ivory, apple green, burnt orange, cerise/fuschia and metalic gold accents.  I know it sounds like a lot, but when brought together in small doses, they really accent each other well!  The apple green, burnt orange and cerise will mostly be brought in with the flowers to accent the base of chocolate brown linens, gold napkins and gold chivari chairs with gold cushions.

I love the fall!  Soon2beMrsFlusche, I love your inspiration!  I especially like the second photo in the pumpkin field.

I am planning on a fall wedding in October 2011 – but since it is still early I have not nailed down my color scheme.  I am thinking deep red and sage green with accents of gold and orange… but I am worried that the green and red will be too christmassy.  Will definitely post about this at a later date.

Our date’s 9/25/10 and we’re doing black and white damask print with olive green accents. I was a little nervous about the green until we picked out our bridesmaid dresses and put the 3 maids in the olive (“Olivine” at David’s Bridal) and the Maid/Matron of Honor in black and LOVED it together. I’m wearing a black sash with my dress which really pulls it all together.

I still can’t figure out our colors, but I know I really want bright yellow to be an accent color. I just wanted to comment and say that everyone has come up with some really pretty combinations!
