I think that would look great!  Maybe your BMs can all where black and white polkadots and each have a different pop of color bouquet, belt, sash or shoes.  The groomsmen can do the same with their accessories.  I think you should just have minimal pops of color and be careful not to overdo it. (meaning just shoes and maybe a bouquet also, not shoes and sash and bouquet and headbands etc.) 

Also, when you decorate for your reception, maybe you could have centerpieces made of black and white polkadot something or other and a pop of color accent.  Each table could have a different pop of color.  Perhaps you could somehow use polkadot fabric to decorate for the reception as well. 

What a terrific idea you have!
