I like the green suit. Could you put your bridesmaids in gold?

Well I like the  green suit  and I think it was nice he had such a definite idea. I don’t like the sound of brown at all, especially if you are going with burgundy bm dresses.

I agree with many pp’s, don’t do  burgundy, do something lighter –  pale gold,  maybe pale green or even floral/leaf  patterned.    Let him have his nice green suit . GM’s in tan or beige  maybe.

If you’re going with the green suit, I would do grey for the guys and either gold/champagne or grey for the girls. If you’re going with brown wool for the groom, you could do grey with a brown wool vest for the guys and burgundy for the girls. You could also do like the picture below and just have guys in a green shirt and vest. So many options! I think it really depends on your overall vibe too and how rustic/refined you want it to be, location, etc.

That suit is awesome and if that’s what he wants to wear then he should get to wear it! I think whether it’s “too much” or not depends on what the bridesmaids dresses look like. A burgundy that leans a little more purple would steer it away from Christmas-y.

Grey bridesmaids dresses would look great. Dark green and peach/blush is a killer color combo too if you like that. Gold or champagne would also totally work.

IMO he should get the green if he likes it, it’s a classy suit. Literally the first thing I knew about my wedding, before we were even engaged, was that my guy would want to wear a light/cream colored suit. I love his style <3
