I love it, though the blue-on-blue bouquets might be a little much with blue Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses.

That’s my colors (pool blue from David’s bridal), but I also have silver and lots of bling.

These are my colors as well (though I’m using turquoise)! LOVE them!!  I haven’t decided if I want the ribbon on the votives or not – thanks for the visual.  I think we’re going to do white roses with the Mori Lee turquoise Bridesmaid or Best Man dresses.  I’ll find out for sure tomorrow after I meet with the florist.  I like the idea of the white against the turquoise in pics.  Looking good!

@FutureMrsMc: I am using white flowers for the wedding. IDK if we are using roses or a combo of various white flowers yet.

@trugem: Will you be carrying white flowers as well?  I love white bouquets, but I’m worried they’ll look bad against my white dress.

@cllyons: I’m using the cylinder vase with a floating candle and a submerged flower surrounded by votives.  I was about to buy the stones to fill the bottom of the vase, but after seeing yours I’m wondering if I should just cover the bottom portion in ribbon instead.  Did you hot glue it?

@ llyons: I’m still not sure what I’m going to do yet either – I’m hoping talking with the florist tomorrow will help me figure it out.  I really like the idea of carrying an all-white bouquet wrapped in white satin, but I’m worried the flowers won’t look right with the color of my dress.  For the BMs, I’m thinking they’ll carry smaller versions of my bouquet wrapped in turquoise ribbon.  I do like the idea of touches of blue in the bouquets…hmm…

@FutureMrsMc: I will carry white flowers too (I want a fluffy, airy, textured look) with some bling in it. My dress is diamond white. I took my bridal pictures with my mock bouquet and it looked beautiful with white against white.
