Sangria and gold with some light pink and ivory thrown in were my colors for a Fall wedding. I didn’t want the typical fall wedding colors (brown, red, orange, yellow) but I wanted a warm color (sangria) and gold felt like the appropriate accent color.

Danie.pearce:  Our colors are blush, dusty pink, mauve, taupe, champagne/gold. However, everything is kind of mismatched, so there will be some (hopefully subtle) pops of sea foam green, powder blue, peach, and lilac.

Here is our main inspiration, though:

mine are royal blue, light blue, ivory, and gold. We both love blue – my fiance’s favorite color is light blue, and mine is cobalt. We are having a fall wedding so we wanted warmer accent colors, and our venue has great dark wood arches and maroon walls.

MrsMeowton:  I am in LOVE with your color scheme- I totally pushed for this but Darling Husband wouldn’t wear any shade of pink (which is fair lol) so we went with classically elegant- gold, ivory, black and accents of dark red for our July wedding. Summer didn’t really influence my choice of colors. ๐Ÿ™‚

pinkandgold88:  Fiance agreed once I said that this color scheme would only be influencing flowers and bridesmaids dresses, not his attire. He then agreed, haha. I’m going for tan/brown pants (and possibly vests) to go along with this color scheme.

It’s not 100% set in stone, but it should be something like red/fuschia/orange colors, because red represents our nationalities (we are both Canadians but also Portuguese and Chinese), fuschia is my fav color, and orange is FI’s fav color.

Danie.pearce:  We are getting married on 12th October in an old English converted barn. Although not popular on the Bee, our theme is rustic with a bit of lace thrown in. Our colours are ivory, dusty pink, gold and brown

  • Wedding: December 2014

Ours is an Australian summer wedding (December 2014). Our colours are radiant orchid (pinky purple colour), deep red, and silver. My dress is ivory. I’m slightly crazy for our colours! Here’s a pic of my dream flowers.
