Okay, so basically I live in the butt end of nowehere in the Yukon, Canada, and it’s hard to get anything wedding wise, let alone during Covid-19 restrictions!! I bought my dress when I went home in February and was lucky enough that it was a sample and could bring it back with me. It now sits in the wardrobe waiting until I can get near a seamstress! It’s the Jenny Packham Nashville .. see pic. and I’m really struggling with accessories and shoes!
We’re still hoping for our plans to stay in place – elope at Vermillion Lake, Banff in November (so I will havae to wear my burgundy Timberlands just for the ‘hiking’) just the two of us. But if plans need to change thanks to the current situation, then it will be at Watson Lake Airport Boat Launch in the Yukon in September/October.
I’ve always wanted an ivory, blush and burgundy colour theme…but I’m not sure the dress really allows for that now. What do you guys think? I’ve found shoes that I LOVE! but not sure on colour. I can go safe an ivory, or I’m thinking of bringing the blush out in the accessories. The colours in the dress are silver beads, ivory dress, and like pearl colour flowers.
The only issue with the earrings is that they are gold with feathers, and not silver 🙁

I think blush shoes and earnings will be gorgeous! I wouldn’t worry about the gold in the earrings, it’s minimal and nobody but you will even notice.

Thank you! I really want to be very ‘me’ and be bold and got for the splash of colour. Once I’ve decided on the blush colour, it will make choosing accessories a lot easier. I’ve been looking at hair combs today and some beautiful blush flowers, but also some really really beautiful silver, ivory and pearl combs!
feeling so overwhelmed! Seeing as we’re eloping and not necessarily having a ‘reception’ on the same day as the ceremony, I still want to get my colours in, and pretty limited to my shoes, hair, flowers and his suit and boutonniere

I would choose blush shoes. Ivory comes in so many shades that meatchng is near impossible.

I’m loving the blush accessories, and your dress is to die for. Honestly no one will ever see your shoes (not even you really) so just pick the ones you like best!

Your dress is so beautifully embellished, and the earrings have so much impact, that for your hairpiece I think a simple headband would be best. The one on the photo below is blush satin:

Now I’ve seen them all laid out like that, I love it!!!! I’m thinking half up half down wieth curls and looking at these pins…
I love the headband but I know they really don’t suit me at all
