Sounds great!  I think having navy as the base color will help keep the sage, yellow, and white in check.  I’m always a fan of more color!!

I would cut out the yellow or the green. IMO, it is too many colors and you run the risk of looking like a baby nursery. (sorry if this is too honest!) If it were my wedding, I would do navy, ivory and yellow.

But navy, ivory and green would be pretty too. I would not do all 4 though.

I am doing navy and apple green and kind of at a loss for what to do too. I like the idea of doing the navy and green for the wedding party and then use yellow in your flowers.  I am trying to decide on apple green dresses or navy dresses and wondering if navy dresses will look okay with black tuxes or if we should go the navy suit route. We are doing navy and apple green striped ties for the guys and was thinking of doing a green tie for my FI just like you too.  There are so many decisions to make and I feel like my head will explode!!

I think throwing some yellow in there will look great!!  Good luck!!

I’d agree with the PP who said choose either the yellow or the green.  I feel like they wouldn’t go together very well.  But you can use all the other colors and I think they would mesh very well as a color palate.

I really like what you described but I would make a couple small changes.  First – I’d have the groomsmen in yellow ties instead of navy.  Navy dresses, navy suits, navy ties – the GM need a bit more color.  I’d also have some greenery in with your bridesmaids yellow flowers.  As long as you continue to use the sage green as an accent in other areas of your wedding (invites, centerpieces, etc) then I don’t think it will look out of place.

I love those colors together! My only advice is be careful with the navy dresses and navy suits. My colors are Chocolate brown, orange, pink, and turquoise. I wanted chocolate dresses and chocolate tuxes. No chocolate dresses matched good enough with the chocolate tuxes. So I switched to orange dresses! But other than that, I love your color scheme and obviously I don’t think it’s too many colors… I have four also!

I think those sound great together. The tone of a sage green will be very different from the navy, white and yellow (depending on the tone of the yellow you choose). You might consider a brighter green, or compensate for the different by using more sage color throughout the decor.
