What you’re experiencing is normal. There are posts about this all the time here on Weddingbee. Event planning can be stressful, and planning an event as important and personal as a wedding is no exception. 

Give yourself a break. Do things that you find relaxing, do things that take your mind off of the wedding, and remember that all of this planning and work will pay off in the form of a wonderful day. That’s all you can really do in this situation. Besides, your wedding is in just two months — you’re in the home stretch.

Yup, totally normal. Schedule in daily stress relievers for yourself, maybe something different everyday. Yoga, meditation, bubble baths, walks, curling up with a good book, whatever sounds good to you. Try to push the wedding stuff out of your mind during this time. Also, try to look ahead at something after the wedding. Realzing that life goes on and looking forward to something after this huge event might help.
