We definitely had a horrible experience with our day of coordinator. we just couldn’t understand how someone doesn’t CARE about the couple and their wishes!!! But from that experience I’ve decided to try to step out and give my services to other brides in hopes that their day/experience will be as amazing as I wanted mine to be!!

Let me know if you are interested!! I would be more than willing to work with you on your special day!! 🙂

I highly recommend Stella Harper Events, whose services I’m using for our wedding day. Disclaimer – my wedding is in a month, but so far they’ve gone above and beyond in helping me out and providing all sorts of support, including emotional! 😉 I’ll come back with a full review after our big day, but feeling very confident going into the last few weeks.

I’m planning my wedding from out of state so it’s been such a huge help and relief knowing that all those last minute details will be handled. Stella Harper Events has various packages – from full on wedding planning (start to finish) to just helping out the last month, so definitely check them out!

@BoluA:  I am using Zephanie Curlett, http://uniqueeventsandfavors.weebly.com/, my wedding isn’t until next spring so I can’t comment on the end result but I chose her on a combination of price and online reviews.  Thus far she has been VERY responsive and inspired nothing but confidence.  Good luck!

@BoluA:  I would love to help! My day of coordinating price is $800 which includes quite a bit if you are interested. Most wedding coordinators charge $3,000+ just for helping. They don’t tend to find the best deals and they get to go home with all the decorations they charged you for. Me – I’ll help you decide on centerpieces, find the best deal, and you get to go home with them. I was just like you while planning my wedding and my budget was less than yours. I bought and sold all of my decorations/centerpieces. The money is BACK in my pocket and they were essentially free. I can help with ANY of your needs or I can simply help the day of. I know some amazing vendors with amazing prices. They did SUCH an awesome job at my wedding. I can help shop around with you and I’m extremely savvy and crafty as well. DIY is my specialty! I also do affordable bridal hair as well. With my help we would most likely get you UNDER budget.. Its easier than it seems and wouldn’t THAT be awesome?!

Please let me know how I can help! We can meet and chat over coffee anytime you’d like. [email protected]

I’m still waiting on pictures from the photographer, but I have about 2 pics on my blog: http://www.eilhsa.blogspot.com. Check it out; and please email me at [email protected] if you’re interested!!!

Have a GREAT day,

I used http://www.soireesouth.com and they were great.  Fit their fees into my budget and our wedding looked more expensive than it was.  Very professional services and I am sure they will work with any budget – your’s is the same as ours just about.  Good luck!

Try Summerour! Pricing ranges from $3500-4500 depending on whether or not you have the ceremony there. It has a gorgeous stone courtyard and beautiful wood interior with high rafted ceilings.

It’s a little on the larger side (max capacity at 450 with buffet dinner). But if you place your ceremony indoors, it could easily be the perfect place. The courtyard can be used as a wonderful cocktail hour area too.

AND the location is right by Atlantic Station’s TWELVE hotel. I think that would work out perfectly for your out-of-town guests because a quick shuttle can be arranged and it’s easy access to an after-party bar.
