I have matched with my guys tie in the past but it was a subtle match not him in a blue tie and me with a matching blue dress – I think an obvious match looks a little cheesy!

I am totally biased when it comes to this Q because I am a freak when it comes to wanting to match lol. I adooore it!! lol and yes it is cheesy I admit it but I love it. You can match without say wearing like the same tommy hilfiger sweaters or something lol.

I say do it, its cute and looks nice for pics that you guys will take.

side note, yeah I am going to be that elderly couple wearing the matching sweaters lol.

Haha. My Fiance has no problem with matching me! In fact, on more than one occasion he’s done it on his own! I love it. A plum colored dress here and an olive colored shirt there… a dress with green trim and a green striped tie…

It’s so adorable! Be proud of matching!

I think a coordinating tie is cute and not too matchy-matchy. The last wedding I went to I was in the wedding and my Bridesmaid or Best Man dress was like a sage green. My Fiance wore a black suit with a Blue and Green striped tied (so cute btw!!). The green wasn’t an exact match but it worked well.

My FH initiates matching a lot.  I think it’s cute.

We like to coordinate. Usually it’s my fiance that is more worried about it than I am!

I’m personally not into matching.  It looks like prom to me.  But I do aprpeciate coordination.  Just wearing something that doesn’t clash.  MY FH on numerous occasions has matched me without me knowing and we always get so many “prom” comments.  I hate it.  I think it’s kind of immature.

We’re not big on matching outifits.  I think the only time we’ve done it intentionally is when we’re attending a sporting event (i.e. we both have Tigers hats on).
