@Stina11287:

this may be too bold for some, but..

I did a boudoir photo shoot! He has NO idea that I did this, so I’m pretty proud of the fact I covered it so well ๐Ÿ˜› I made a calendar using the photos from the shoot!

I can’t wait to see his reaction! However, this will be given AFTER the wedding to avoid it being awkward.. So just before the wedding I’m having my flower girl deliver a box of cigars labeled- one for ‘the wedding day’ and then the rest for future celebrations such as a first baby, etc.

Gorgeous silver cuff inks.  They’re square with  one Swarovski crystal in each.  Another great ebay find, to be honest.

@LadyElva:  +1! Not to mention, half a place to live, which will be a lovely compliment to the other half of a place to live that he bought me!

@Stina11287:

I was given a vintage Whiskey set from my parents before I moved out that he asked for numerous times when I sitll lived with them, I told him no and have hid the box for the past 3 years.

He gets the set on the Wedding Day. He is also going to get a bottle of a very nice Whiskey to go in it.

His B-day is in April and he’s getting Halo (video game) cuff links to wear on the Wedding Day.

Originally was adding Whiskey Stones to the gift but heard terrible things of them so I may find a substitute or just throw that $ onto the Whiskey.

My fiancee is getting a custom made tie clip from etsy that has our initials on one side, and an infinity symbol on the other.  He is a geeky math phd student, so the infinity symbol is perfect!

@LadyElva:  Same with us!  And some new furniture.  And getting to wake up to my lovely face every day afterwards!!Laughing

I do plan on making him a card and maybe doing the “for cold feet” socks thing I have seen on here since I could see him wearing white socks with his black tux!

Our wedding is in September and his birthday is in August, so I’m getting him a pair of anatomical heart cufflinks (he’s going to specialize in cardiology) to wear the day of the wedding. I also want to get him a nice watch.

ETA: And of course a card!! I’m a sucker for cards and love letters <3

Autographed jersey of his favorite football player, plus a little groom’s survival kit with tags and funny descriptions of why each item was included.  ๐Ÿ™‚

I am getting him an engraved zippo, something Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle (he loves the movies) maybe socks or a t shirt, and one more thing that I am still thinking of.

He doesn’t really like “stuff”, and we’re lucky that our folks are paying for the majority of our fairly modest wedding – so I’m going to splurge on a sky-diving trip!

@Stina11287:  I’m planning on gettign him a nice watch and engraving it with our wedding date. I’m going to have someone deliver it to him while we’re getting ready with a card that says “Don’t be late!” because he is ALWAYS late and our ceremony is only 10 minutes long so if he’s late he’ll likely miss it! haha!
