I bought my husband a Lacoste watch with leather band and engraved the back of it with “for all time”.  He loves it and wears it on special occasions.

I got a nice framed “Ani d’dodi v’dodi li” for his wall. (I am my beloved’s and my beloved is mine) from the song of Solomon, hebrew hand calligraphy. He sent me this quote when we were first falling for each other, and bought me a necklace with that saying on it, when we were in Tanglewood.

I also bought him a top hat and a brass cane for some fun photos of him in his tux. He twisted his ankle, but we hope he won’t actually need the cane.

I may also buy him a new Tallit — he needs a new one, and they are generally used as a canopy in a Jewish wedding.

Still considering getting him a decent watch — engraved.

I did a boudior shoto as well and made a book of the pictures, he is going to be so surprised because it is so not like me to do something like that! I had one (the most appropriate one) framed and I am going to wrap it and give it to his best man to give him the night before the wedding with a letter I wrote him and I’m going to personally give him the book after the wedding.  I want to see his reaction to it! I also bought him a nice water proof, scratch proof video/still camera that he can bring on the honeymoon since he does not have a camera and then we can capture the whole thing with us both having cameras.

@Stina11287:  I got all the groomsmen monogrammed beer steins, and I’m planning on having them ready in their dressing room with a bottle of their favorite beer to break them in 🙂 And I included an extra one with my FI’s initials so he can join in 🙂

Plus I did a whole boudoir photoshoot for him, and as a nod to his military background, my photographer is going to put the best one in an envelope labeled “Top Secret” and give it to him on the day of 😉 He’ll get the rest of the pictures of course, but only a sneak peak before we’re married 😉
