We have opted to give gifts to our parents as well at the rehearsal dinner.  They have contributed a lot to the wedding, so we wanted to thank them with something they can remember the wedding with.  I’m not too sure about ushers – I would think that you would, since they’re helping you out.   Are they attending the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner?  If so, I would definitely give them something.

We’re giving gifts to wedding party, parents, grandparents, ushers, ring bearers, and the person escorting my mom.  Basically if they’re involved in the wedding at all, they’re getting a gift at the rehearsal dinner.

We gave out all our gifts at the rehersal dinner EXCEPT our parents.  They both only wanted pictures so, they got 8×10’s a few months later.  We also gave the guy friend of ours that was preforming the wedding, our gift for him at the rehersal dinner.
