my wedding and birthday is saturday. i’m getting nervous as the day grows closer. it’s not because of doubts or anything, i know i want to spend the rest of my life wuth him. its just the pressure of me wanting everything to be perfect (i’m spoiled). so im praying nothing goes wrong. any suggestions on how to block it out???

I was so busy, I barely had time to be nervous!
also, be sure to eat lunch, no matter what. my sister bought me one of those high protein clif bars, and it was fairly easy to eat. that was my lunch, but it was better than nothing.

@MRS. McCOY: This is going to sound ridiculous, but bananas. I swear to you, bananas helped with my nerves like no other. I’m a pianist and I never believed in potassium functioning as a “beta blocker”, but I’ll tell ya, on my wedding day I learned that it does work!
There were a few moments on my wedding day where I’d suddenly find it difficult to breathe – I ate a total of 3 bananas throughout the day and by the time our ceremony kicked off at 6pm, I was calm and collected!
