Have you considered hiring someone to fix your hair and make up in between? That’s typically what the brides do in my family for their wedding when they go from the wedding dress into a sari.

I had a hair and make up trial a few weeks ago.

The makeup (airbrushed) was applied around 12:30pm.  I was curious to see how long it lasted so I wore it all day and slept with it (I know so the wrong thing to do).  When I woke up the make up still looked great.  The only thing I needed to do was reapply the lipstick.

The hair held up ok.  It rained the day of my trial so my hair did get a little frizzy (i accidentally got it a little wet)

I think if you have hair and make up professionally done you will be ok all day. At most, you may have to reapply lipstick and maybe a little powder if you have oily skin.

I had my hair and makeup professionally done. I was done at 3pm for a first look (5pm ceremony) and the reception went until a little after 10:30 and I still looked flawless at the end. Just had to use blotting papers a few times. I would have a trial one morning and go through the rest of your day with the hair and makeup to test it.
