I think you should just bring the tiny spray bottle. Scent on lotion also wears off after a few hours.

I agree with the spray bottle. Depending on what kind of flowers you have, though, they might overpower your perfume anyway. I had lillies and except for dinner, they were all I could smell all day.

I kinda disagree….

I know people hold scents differently but I find that perfume doesnt last very long on me but body lotion does so I always splurge on the lotion….

But I guess it depends on your skin and your budget. 🙂

Lotion stays with me longer, too.

Lotion lasts a lot longer on me.  I’m not sure how your body holds it, though.  If anything, just keep the small spray bottle with you throughout the day.  As long as you have it nearby to spray on whenever it’s wearing off, you should be good =]

Haha, same here!

Since everyone’s different, hard to say. The trial sounds like a good idea. Ask your Fiance for his assessment after a couple hours. 🙂

Just make sure you’re not spraying it as soon as you can’t smell it anymore–other people will. The nose gets used to the smell very quickly, so you might think it’s worn off when it hasn’t.

I wore a light scent with lotion and the perfume, b/c I think layering builds the scent and lasts longer.  But, my main concern was not being overpowering while I was hugging everybody, so I thought lotion was a soft way to stay smelling good.

It depends on your body chemistry and *everyone* is different. For some people, layering the scent with shower gel, lotion and body spray works best to make the scent last longer. For others, that doesn’t do anything to make it last longer. Only you know what works best for you.
