@mb0384:  I have one. It’s based on the ceremony starting at 4pm with a first look. Don’t know that helps at all, but I would be happy to type it up an send it to you.

Don’t forget to include:

-What time the family (including relatives who aren’t in the wedding party but you want in family photos) and the flower girl and ring bearer should arrive for pictures

-What time the wedding party should arrive (a lot of our groomsmen were late… you may want to ask them to be there an hour before the wedding or first look to give them some buffer time!)

-when/how the bouquets will be handed out to the BMs

-when/how the bouts will be pinned onto the guys (if you’re ordering boutonnieres, corsages, etc. – figure out who will help with that!)

-when your dress will be bustled (and who will help you with it!)

-if you want to provide food for the wedding party for getting ready – who will pick up the food and what time they’ll get it

-If the cake needs to be refrigerated – figure out who will take it out of the refrigerator, and when

I’ll try to think of some others that I didn’t expect until the last minute before our wedding…

Mine is pretty tentative.  Time for my bridal party photos is pretty much set and so is the ceremony time and dinner.  Everything else (all reception events) are just guesses at this point and I might change them when I actually sit down with my caterer.

9am- ish until 11 or 12- hair and makeup (5 BM)

12-2pm- Everyone gets dressed and/or finish makeup/hair

2 pm- leave for bridal party photos

2:15-2:30- First look photos

2:30-3:30- bridal party photos

3:45- bridal party arrives at venue

4:00- formal photos/photos around venue

4:45- bridal party separates/freshen up

5:30- ceremony

6:00- guests move to reception

6:50- first dance

7:00-8:00- dinner/toasts

9:00- cake cutting (?)

9:30/9:45- cake/garter toss (?)

Midnight- end

Mine is actually a little more specific than this, but these are all the highlights.

I think it depends on your style, what you want to include, etc.

Here’s mine..

(Most of the times are approx.)

9 – 10am: Wake up and get dressed – any regular clothes.

10:40am: Leave for Starbucks with Fiance. This is our ‘thing’, we can’t imagine a wedding day without Starbucks.

11:30: Drive home, stopping at FI’s family’s house on the way to check everyone is up and getting ready, maybe stay a while and see what their plans for the day are.

12 – 12:30: Arrive home. Maybe watch some TV or read something, see what’s happening online, spend time with my mum as she’ll be staying with us. Have a snack. Whatever we feel like!

2pm: Hair and makeup

2:20pm: Get wedding dress on and check Fiance is ready

3pm: My friend should arrive as she’s joining us in the limo

3:15ish pm: Limo arriving

4pm: Wedding starts

4:50pm: Taking a few photos in the ceremony venue

5pm approx: Other car arrives – Fiance and I switch to that one to get some time alone, guests go in the limo.

5:30pm: Meet at reception venue

6pm: Eat

10pm approx: Go home

Then leaving for the airport at about 5am!
