An orange table runner down the center of the table would look great!

The flowers in the vases look like they might be gladious, those definitely come in orange. you could mix them in the vase or alternate vase of a single flower color.

Gladiolas come in a variety of bright colors, including orange and bright pink!  You can also accent the colors with table runners, napkins, etc.

Maybe just incorporating pink and orange flowers in small arrangements going down the center of the table

or you could add an orange table runner

You could also use wide vases, and put acutal oranges in the vase.  I have seen this done with lemons and limes, and think it looks pretty.  It would really go with a daytime, brunch wedding.

@mrsedwardslpn:  I had a Destination Wedding and we had one long table and we had small arrangments down the center of our table. My colors were sahdes of pink and ivory so the same as your just minus the orange. We used a pink runner down the center of the table
