I see a few posts sometimes about people doing a wedding diet.
I am just curious who all is doing one? How is it going? What are you doing?
If you are married, Are you continuing your diet?
Just a post where you can share your stories and maybe help others who are trying to go down the path!

i’ve been majorly dieting for the last month. i am going to visit a weight loss clinic monthly until my wedding. i’m following a strict 1500 calorie diet along with Adipex(phentermine.) I am taking one 37.5 mg pill per day, one half before breakfast and some days i take the other half before lunch but mostly just the half. I am a nanny full time so i am extremely active. In 4 weeks i have lost 13.5 lbs. That loss was even with the trauma of having two of our dogs die in less than a week.
Portion control has made the biggest difference because i dont take the adipex on the weekends and my appetite isn’t raging and smaller amounts get me full whereas before i would eat every scrap on my plate. For snack i eat a lot of fruit, my fave is apples with peanut butter. i also quit drinking soda(for the most part.) I used to drink a ton of diet soda every day. now i always have a bottle of water with me that i fill up over and over.

I’d call it more of a lifestyle change than a diet for me. I lost 50 lbs in 8 months for my wedding. It’s only been a month since, but I’ve still maintained my weight. Hoping to keep it that way at least until we TTC.
