My friend’s mom is a wedding dress seamstress and when we first were tring on dresses for a mutual friend, the seamstress told us we could get a dress for her that was 2 sizes too big.  I’ve seen on this website where girls took down a dress 5 sizes, so I really don’t think this will be a problem for you!!  Is it too late to order it  in a different size?  I would call the boutique immediately to see.  Otherwise, I’m sure with a good seamstress it won’t really be a problem!!

I’m kinda in the same boat.  I have been studying and not working out for the last six months and have no idea what size I will be at the wedding, but they a good seamstress can do wonders!

GOOD LUCK!!

If it’s only been 2 weeks since you ordered it, you should be able to call the salon and have them check to see what the status is on the order. If the dress hasn’t started to be cut yet, they should be able to change it. I would go back in and insist that they measure you correctly this time.

Good luck!

I would go to the salon and talk about it. It might not be too late for them to order a different size. Also, it’s their mistake, so they should really try to fix it.
