I think you look great. It’s a very nice form fitting dress. You have a bit of a stomach pooch. It’s normal and you look healthy! As women we are put up against so many unrealistic body standards that are used to break us down and make us feel not good enough. Don’t buy into that crap. You will look beautiful on your wedding day. You already look great!

I know you said it wasn’t too small, but it looks too tight to me.  Can you have it let out a bit and see how it looks?

it looks a little bit tight in the lower hips from that photo.  could you try having it let out a bit and see how that changes the fit/drape?  Hard to say from where you’re holding your arms but it doesn’t look like you’d be able to sit comfortably.

I think part of the issue is that the area around where a normal underwear line would be appears lighter than the area around your belly button and middle stomach. Is that where the liner starts? Did the shapewear go all the way up to almost your ribs? If not, you need to try it on with longer shapewear that way the line where the shapewear stops isn’t visible. If the line is from the dress liner I would still go for higher shapewear that matches the color of the liner that way the color difference isn’t so apparent.

Forgot to add that the neckline is lovely on you. I always notice when people, like yourself, have nice clavicles as I do not have them myself.

It looks too small to me. It should probably be let out a little.

I agree with a PP on the shape-wear. You need a different kind.

I don’t find the waist/hip area to be tight.  It looks well altered.  However,  the thigh area is tight.  You can tell this by the horizontal creases between your legs.  To fix this your seamstress may have to let your dress out above the thigh area on down to just above the knees.  It’s a lovely dress and just needs some minor tweaks.  Don’t worry you will be a lovely bride.

Its a great dress but it looks too tight- I think it would have no problems if you let it out a bit. You look beautiful, though!

The waist area almost looks too big. The hip/thigh area looks too small.

Almost all women have a little tummy pooch. It’s totally normal, and you look fantastic.

Agree that the hip and thigh are need to be let out a few inches, you’ll be good to go then! Congrats!
