I would highly recommend D’Anelli’s in Lakewood. I didn’t even buy my dress there and they were still the cheapest I was quoted. I even technically needed a rush out on my dress, and they didn’t charge me for it.

I had a nine-button (nine!) bustle put in, a multilayer hem, the top taken in, and cups sewn in. Altogether it cost my $350. (And my gown is Watters, in case that makes any difference.) Only thing I would’ve changed I’d that they charge you the full amount (not just the deposit) following your initial fitting.

(Apologies for the glaring typos and misspellings… damn “smart” phone.)
