Mine was 2000 (paying for the dress myself) but I spent closer to 2300 including taxes.

My dress budget was pretty low, less than $500. I ended up finding a gown for $50 so I’ll just have to incorporate my alterations 🙂

My budget was $1,000 for the dress only. Ended up getting my dress on sale for $749 and including veil ($189), undergarments, tax and all that it ended up right over $1,000. I was happy!

Budget was about $2500… ended up about $80 over that, which I think is great, LoL.  I thought I was going to completely blow my budget.  However, I haven’t gotten alterations yet– though I didn’t include alterations in my dress budget, really.  I wanted the dress to be around $2500 (or less) before alterations.

We budgeted $400 with alterations. My dress ended up being $300 and doesn’t need altered 🙂

I didn’t really have a budget in mind but I wanted to keep it at less than $800. I originally bought a dress at DB for $550 but had dress regret and cancelled it and got a refund. Then I found a $1000 Justin Alexander dress on sale for $600 (yay) and bought it. I haven’t gotten alterations yet but it won’t need much, just a bustle most likely.

The budget I set myself was $300- my dress was $75 plus the cost of making a sash (haven’t done it yet) Luckily it doesn’t need any proffesional alterations.

My dress budget was $3000.  It came in right at that with tax. Alterations are being done for free due to a mix up at the salon.  I blew my whole attire budget since I spent an extra $1000 on shoes, purse, veil, headpiece, and jewelry.  My mom said she would give me the $3000 to spend on anything related to the gown and it ended up taking the entire thing.  She ultimately ending up paying for my veil but shoes, purse, headpiece, and jewelry were paid for my me.  It was all so beautiful so totally worth it in my book.
