So I just bought my wedding gown this past Friday. This past weekend my fiance and I decided to elope or have a very small, intimate wedding with immediate family. I bought a ballgown but I feel like it might be too much? I bought it from David’s Bridal and it is non-refundable. I don’t know what to do…sell it or wear it anyway?

I would ask them if the order has gone through yet, and if you can use the money toward a different gown instead.

@MeiFrancis: <= This. David’s Bridal seems to have very generous return/exchange policies in their stores, so see if you might be able to exchange it for something else.

I just sold my dress regret (big dress!) to a bride who is having an intimate restaurant wedding. You could still wear it!

Just because the wedding’s smaller or more intimate doesn’t mean the dress style must change! If you love it, wear it!
