You sound like you’re built just like me! When I was trying dresses on the other day, everything looked amazing but could close when we got to the ribcage. 🙁  I gained weight overall, and even though I will always be disproportionate, it tends to be not as bad when I lose a few pounts overall. I am going to just diet in general to get rid of those 15lbs. You should still have enough time. Good luck!

Butterflies – low weight more sets and reps. If you use to much weight you will add girth. Also lat pulls.

Toning may just add size if you don’t lose some of that insulation on top of the muscle 😉

Focus on your diet and cardiovascular exercise to lose the inches. Do toning exercise if you want to increase your definition but this will NOT help you lose inches!
