I was soo happy to see i am not the only one worrying what if he doesnt like my dress.
Its not just my fianciee im worried about its his mum too. Dont get me wrong i love them both to bits but they are both very outspoken and there facial expressions say it all.
I fell in love with my dress, it was the first one i tried on and nothing else compared to it, i felt like i guess a bride should feel, but it was slightly bigger and more glamerous than i would have thought i would have gone for. But as the girl said in the shop, it is your wedding day it only happends once so why not be a bit of a princess for one day.
Im worrying that they are going to think its tacky, and i dont know why because its cost me a fortune and its beautiful.

@jodielou: Honestly? Who cares? If you love it and wear it with confidence then what they think doesn’t matter. Its YOUR wedding day and you get to wear YOUR wedding dress. Even if they are outspoken I would hope that they keep their opinions to themselves about your dress and just keep it to themselves.

I agree, if it makes you feel beautiful, then who cares what they think! They probably won’t say anything like that anyway. 🙂
Show us your dress and we’ll make you feel better for sure!

I honestly have been in a huge panic. I feel like i need to go and try the dress on again to make sure, but i love it i know i do. I got that excited birthday feeling when i tried it on, once i knew it was the one.
Use the link below to see the dress. The picture just doesnt do it justice though. Its called Aaliyah.
Im thinking very natural make up with it and my hair in a side sort of messy bun.
Thank you 🙂

@jodielou: I think that dress is beautiful! Is it a little different than the ‘traditional bridal gown’ …. a little bit, but its not like your wearing a ballet tutu with fairy wings (which really nothing wrong with that mind you).
And I’m sure you looking stunning in it!
