Okay, so I’m pretty sure I’ve gotten as much feedback as I’m going to get. So:
1. I had originally chosen as a reception dress with another dress that my mother fell in love with, but I didn’t.
2. I just really didn’t like it. It (as you all so graciously pointed out) did give me a nice figure, it just didn’t give me that WOW I was looking for.
3/4: This was the dress that at the end of the day I had decided on, I can’t find the picture of me in the veil, when I do I’ll post it! But I just don’t know if I can pull off that short dress, and that pretty much makes the entire dress.
5: This is the one that I was battling with 3/4. The only thing is I was concerned if it was too much.
6: I didn’t like it. Bottom line, end of story, not for me. I was just interested in what you ladies had to say.
7: This was the dress I had decided I loved! (this actually has a past story):
My grandmother had a stroke in Sept., my mother moved in to take care of her. My grandfather is very stubborn and rude at times and didn’t appreciate the fact that my mother left her home, her husband, and her job, to take care of my grandmother 24/7 and so he was always making snide remarks until my mother couldn’t handle it anymore. She left leaving behind some very choice words along the lines of “you’re not going to make it six weeks with him here”. So she came down to my place and we went wedding dress “looking” later that night. On the way back to her house we get a phone call from her SIL saying my grandmother was back at the hospital. Needless to say she died two days later. So that dress was very hard to get back into. (I only lasted 2-3 minutes until we broke down crying.) So I really can’t fathom putting that dress on on my wedding day.
Sorry for the vent type thing.
But right now, I’m looking at 3/4 or 5. But I haven’t wholly decided.
But thank you ladies for your input!

I am loving the one with the flower tulle. It looks amazing on you! That short one is super cute too but I love the flower one the best. It shows off your waist, making it look really tiny. Very cute! Sorry about your grandmother too. My grandma and I are very close so I understand how it may be hard.

I pick # 5- The gown has a classic ball gown look and it’s bodice is perfectly outlining your great figure. The gown is femine and it it looks very elegant.

@Mrs.Williams: Thanks! I’m not too big on the bottom of the fifth. We were going to ask them the (i guess they’re called:) pick-ups?

I’m back and forth between #2 and #5. They are both so flattering on your body! Good luck with the choice!

Number 7 makes sense now. Don’t wear it. I’m sorry about your grandma.
I think you can rock the short dress! I love the picture of you in it because you look like you’re having fun. What type of veil did you put with it? The only thing I was worried about was the show through on the longer skirt, but you said it’s fixable so go for it!
