I have my wedding dress! So excited. It’s full ivory lace and the underlay (is that my own word??? lol) is a beautiful champagne color. Will fit our rustic burlap and lace theme perfectly.
So, my question is…Does anyone know the name of this type of lace? The closest I could think is Orchid Lace (is there such a thing??). It would be awesome to have the lace of the wedding and a veil match my dress 🙂 Thanks for any help you may have!

Your best bet is probably to go to a fabric store to try to match it. Probably too much of a hassle to lug the entire dress along, but if you can get a swatch of it or some pics that will help.
If you really want the lace to match, you are probably better off making a veil rather than trying to buy one – they are inexpensive to make, and they’re major cash cows for bridal shops, especially if you’re set on matching something specific because they know that limits your ability/willingness to shop around.
