Wedding Dress Mistake

I feel for you, girl! I did the same thing…I am super indesicive and ended up picking my wedding dress first store and it was the first dress that I saw. Mine actually has a see-through panel right below my waist and hits across my belly button…I said YIKES when I saw the pictures of me (I am putting fabric in those spots, though). I guess what I am trying to get at is keep your faith in alterations and spanx. You loved having it on or else you wouldn’t have bought it. Keep your mind in that moment. Not to mention, you look beautiful!

I personally think the second one is more flattering on your figure…did you sit in the first one when you tried it on? Will you feel comfortable wearing slimwear all day? If there is no way to get the second dress, the first one is still very beautiful and looks nice on you for sure, I can see how it would be really lovely with the right alterations and shapewear if need be. For me comfort is number one but obviously formalwear is not always comfortable haha.

I definitely prefer the first dress. I think it’s a much nicer dress just not the right size for you. It’s so difficult to choose when you can’t try things on in the right size.

In saying that though I also bought a dress and regretted it immediately. I rang the store and they let me change it for another one. Im so much happier with the second dress. So part of me also thinks trust your instincts, if you’re really really unhappy maybe it’s not the right one.

It’s hard not to prefer the second one in these pics. The sample fits you much better. The first isn’t the most flattering. What size is the first sample and what sample did you buy? Once it fits and you have shapewear I think they will be so similar either one will be great.
