Dress twin! I had them alter the back from buttons to a corset bc I have no hips to speak of either. After alterations, it’s so snug and form fitting (and comfortable!), the corset gave me hips and my tiny butt looked banging! Have faith, it’s a gorgeous dress and you’ll look beautiful :o)

These are some of my pro pics, so they’re all courtesy of Magical Touch Studio.  I loved the dress the second I tried it on, but KNEW that I HAD to have a sweetheart neckline and a corset back, no two ways about it.  Casablanca is pretty awesome at customizing gowns to your liking, but my sales associate wasn’t sure they’d change the button back to a corset.  She brought in the seamstress and she said it wouldn’t be a problem at all.  Done and done!!  I did experience some dress regret as I was waiting for my dress to come in.  I started thinking I should’ve gone with a ballgown, a little more traditional, but I’m a pretty slight person, and a big poofy dress would’ve eaten me alive!  Once I tried on 1985 for my first fitting, I fell in love all over again and I’ve never looked back (I’m thinking about doing another photo shoot, just so I can put the dress on again!).  So without further ado (and I apologize for large pics), here’s my altered Casablanca 1985 in all it’s beautiful-ness!
