I really liked the second tea length, I saw their new one on line and drooled over it, did you get a chance to try this one on?

I really like the halter dress on you with the flowy things at the bottom.  It is unique. (8th pic, 2nd full length dress)  I also like the strapless one (4th full length dress)

wow, you look awesome in a lot of those! i also remember my two outings at davids trying a few of those exact dresses!  and i had the same service experience – my Bridesmaid or Best Man came and did all the work. not because the sales rep knew another Bridesmaid or Best Man, but because she was MIA most of the time!

and i cant believe you left us hanging by saying you think you found your dress, but are too tired to post!!!

That last one is really pretty! I would have scheduled an appointment at AA if I had known there was one 15 minutes from me… If only I could go back in time (I wanted a Disney dress ahhhh…. I would have saved money too =( oh well) Can’t wait to see what you tried on at AA!

I agree on the 4th from the bottom! The one with the girl in the yellow shirt in the background. VERY flattering! It looks gorgeous on you!

Can’t wait to see the Alfred Angelo dresses!

Haha I love your honesty & no b.s.!

I bought two different dresses at two different David’s & had similar portions of experience! Didn’t know any employees but I despise the store sign in policy before you know if you even like anything there.  Red tape rubbish!  I did have good experiences with different people who worked at each store, in addition to a third store I went to get an accessory.

First store, the lady was awesome getting me into my dress & paying attention needed/helping.

Second store, I dressed myself in both dresses.  Even zipped myself in the second one lol.

Mind you I’m on crutches post my second hip surgery from a car accident…so this makes it even more difficult!  But then she did pay attention and focus on helping me.  I’m the type of personality who is not a diva, but if someone is a horrid person I will drive 50 miles out of my way to do business somewhere else just out of principal!

Good luck with the dress hunt!  Also, I saw Jordan alexander had some cute dresses in the tea length?  Didn’t try any on, but may be interesting!  Did try on a Maggie Sottero Destinations ballerina length corset ballgown which was adorable!  I believe it was $800 range on that one.  I have seen it online as a sample for sale in the $600 range.  Very nice quality in person too.  I almost went with it but wanted full length:
