jolie2:  stunning dress! I think it’s more about how you feel in it. You chose it for a reason and it’s gorgeous. You won’t please everyone!

OMG I LOVE that dress! How do sweetheart necklines not look good on broad shoulders? I think sweetheart necklines look good on everyone! I have the smallest chest ever and could never dream of not having a sweetheart neckline!

Gorgeous dress!  I’m sure you look beautiful in it and that’s why you chose it!  If you feel great in the dress, then you chose the right dress and neckline

From one broad shouldered bride to another… I tried a number of styles and strapless and sweetheart actually turned out to be the most flattering neckline for me. I feel like it suits a pretty wide range of shapes and sizes so please don’t listen to anyone else’s judgement but your own!

Its a beautiful dress and if you like it, that is enough. You’ll always have someone who thinks there’s a better option out there for you but it’s your opinion that counts so if you love it, don’t second guess your choice!

Sweetheart necklines look fine on broad shoulders and narrow shoulders too.  They are flattering on everyone but extremely busty women who can show a little bit too much cleavage if it is a low sweetheart.  Straps on the other hand draw attention to your shoulders.  They break up the ine of your shoulders and tend to make them look broader.  If you are going to use straps pick a wider strap and sexperiment with strap placcement to see what looks the most fattering.  It is a lovely dress and you will be a gorgeous bride.
