I subscribe to e-mail newsletters with “spark people” online, and I just got this article in the V-day newsletter:
I thought it was wonderful!! I’m not engaged yet, but this is good advice for working out for any event, not just a wedding. It shows you several different workouts you can do for each type of dress you’re wearing depending on which body part that type of dress tends to show off: strapless (showcases chest), short dress (legs), speghetti strap (showcases arms), etc.
