After searching all over the web for some really unique ideas, rather than dj, dancers and all that stuff i found some pretty creative ideas so i thought i’ld share them with you
1-Marryoke is basically ‘karaoke at a wedding’. Different individuals and groups are filmed singing the song of the couple’s choice (the way it’s set up can get pretty whacky and usually makes good use of the location) and this is then all edited together like a music video.it’s absolutely hilarious and looks like great fun to make. It’s also a great idea for giving as a gift to guests.
2- Turn your guest book into a scrapbook. Provide your guests with small white cards (which at that time can be hung on a tree or so) on which to write well wishes and their signature. Then glue the cards into a scrapbook that contains wedding photos and special keepsakes.
3-Try creating a video guest book in addition to the traditional written kind.
4- a clothline of pics of friends and family next to the guest book
5- Just when everyone thinks the fun is winding down, liven up the party with late-night nibbles. Think about it: crinkle French fries, fresh chocolate chip cookies and a fully loaded taco bar, or even a waffle truck, rice crispie treats, popcorn, brownie pops, fresh fruits on toothpicks
6- instead of a traditional bridal bouquet, The DJ counted backwards from 10 and when the bride threw her hands back over her head she let go 30 single roses, of which one pink and the rest white. The girl who caught the one pink rose was the lucky girl. Seeing thirty flying roses was so much fun, it saved the girls from trampling over each other and we all walked away with a souvenir! you can also INCLUDE CHARMS in each rose
7- After everyone else is down the aisle, Bride is escorted by her father (or other male escort). Upon arriving at the front row, Bride’s mother joins Bride and her father, taking Bride’s other arm, and walks the following few steps to meet the groom. (This is a great option if you want to include your mother, but she doesn’t want to escort you all the way down the aisle)
8-Instead of using boring numbers for your seating arrangements at your wedding ceremony, use names of places or things that have to do with your relationship. It could be things like places that you have visited, your favorite foods, the letters from your last name or any other hobbies or interests that you have
9- place small notes (funny statements…etc.) in the snacks served to the guests, and at a certain time in the ceremony pick random guests and ask them to read their notes out loud
I hope u liked them,
any other additional creative ideas i can add to my list? 🙂
