I just ordered from them a couple days ago.  My order is on hold because my headpiece is on back order.  I’ll post as soon as I get it though!

I just received my order today.  The headpiece is not quite what I was expecting.  I thought it’d be flexible all the way around.  Instead the part where the metal is is hard like a headband.  It does bend, but not much.  They have the ribbon strung through the back, rather than completely attached.  Overall, not the greatest.  But definitely better than A LOT of options out there.  It LOOKS like it cost a ton.

The jewelry I ordered is fantastic.  My friend told me that she thought I’d spent way more than I did ($10 for a necklace/earring set).

Overall, I’d recommend.  When I asked how long my order would take since it was on backorder, they emailed me within 24 hours and told me when they expected to ship it out.  And they were true to their word.  It went out by the date they said and I received it in 2 days!

anyone else have any experience with www.weddingfactorydirect.com?  their prices look amazing, but they have a strict “no returns” policy so i’m a bit hesitant.  i’d be ordering some of their jewelry sets and a brooch.

I have just bought a Russian birdcage veil with feather-flower fascinator. The item is as described and almost the same as the picture shown.  Quality of the fascinator is quite good, the veil is not the best but okay. The processing and shipping were fast, it arrived in two days (i am living in Austin,TX. i ordered in on Monday afternoon and i received the shipment on Thursday morning). The packing could have been better. My experience was good with this company. And yes, the prices are good to be true (for my birdcage veil)!

I used Wedding Factory Direct as a dropshipper.  My customer ordered a headpiece.  When she received it, she said the size was not as described and the rhinestones were crooked and dug into her head.  I have contacted the company through the email twice and have not heard from them yet.  I see this as a defective item and should fall under their return criteria.  They are quick to respond if you are giving them your money.

I placed and order for some cake jewelry on weddingfactorydirect.com and they called me shortly after and said they were not able to sell to me because I was not a company. I was not happy because their prices were sooooo good but they would not give in and did not let me order.

@PrincessWedding589:  weird, i ordrerd a ton of stuff from there, but they never even asked me if i was a company (I am not!). I got things like my veil, bracelet, hair flower, Bridesmaid or Best Man jewelry, bouquet jewels….all for super cheap.  Maybe they thought i was a company because i ordered so much!  And they deliver SO fast! Like in less than a week sometimes i would get my stuff.  I highly recommend at least trying to order from them!

I bought my earrings from them for super cheap and I love them. I didn’t have to prove I was a company and I only bought 2 earrings from them.

I would not recommed buying, unless you don’t mind losing your money, if the item turns out to be not what you expect. I purchased bridesmaid jewelry and when I received it the necklaces were much smaller than pictured, but could not get my money back. They do not give any refunds. Not worth the risk, especially for a wedding!

I just ordered a tiara set, garter & aqua rose petals from Wedding Factory Direct.  Their customer service was excellent and I received the order in the UK in 2 weeks.  The tiara set is amazing!  I love it!
