Hey bees! Time is ticking and I still don’t have my favours figured out! I have a few ideas I’m going between, so please vote, and feel free to make some suggestions as to what you used/what you feel is the best favour to receive!! 🙂

I wouldn’t take any of those but most people prefer edible favors so I would go with the chocolate-dipped pretzel rods. I just don’t eat pretzels but most people do.

Dipped pretzels, we had these as part of our sweet n salty buffet and our guests loved them.

The dipped pretzels sound good to me! I’d go with that.

I’d pick the pretzels or the donation.

like pp’s it’s all about the consumable favors!

thanks for all the replies! I was telling Fiance that I thought edible would be the way to go! We were going to do a candy buffet and use that as part of the favour but I’m leaning more towards something more individual now.

sariibear: Honestly, I think a candy buffet is enough of a favor…get some cute bags/containers and a personalized stamp from etsy to jazz them up!

ClaudiaKishi: oh I do too! It’s either one or the other ;). I’ve just spoken to some more “old school” people who dont really understand the candy bar, and feel like something packaged individually is a better option.

I’d like the plantable paper personally. Food is boring and only last for a few minutes….I’m tired of getting candy and stuff at weddings.
But everyone tells me anything other than food is a terrible idea, so idk.

So, in the range of consumable favors, food is definitely the best. We’ve received soaps and plants before at different weddings. The plants were lovely! But, they died [I can’t keep a house plant alive for love or money] and the soap went into a drawer and is still there over a year later. At other weddings we’ve received candy and wine and such, and those were always better received by both us and our fellow guests.

French macarons! Delicate, edible, POPULAR! Not one box left after my wedding. I did 3 macarons per box, clear box with a pretty ribbon with our names, date and thank you.
